Patch HSS 100 – Hardening Suspension Silica, Capillary Crystallization & Dust Proofing Liquid
Patch HSS 100 is a high-performance, single-component, low-viscosity liquid engineered for concrete surface treatment. Based on a solution of suspended silicate and surface-active chemicals, it penetrates deep into concrete capillaries and micro-cracks to create a hard, durable, and dust-free surface. It is ideal for both new and existing concrete surfaces, providing permanent protection against erosion, dusting, and water penetration.
Patch HSS 100 is a cost-effective solution for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects that require enhanced concrete longevity and low maintenance.
Mode of Action
Patch HSS 100 works through a chemical reaction with calcium and free lime released during cement hydration. This reaction produces hard, insoluble crystals that fill pores, capillaries, and micro-cracks within the concrete. As a result:
- Concrete particles are strongly bound together
- Surfaces become impermeable to water and aggressive chemicals
- Dusting and erosion are minimized
- Concrete develops long-lasting hardness and durability
This crystallization process strengthens concrete from the inside out, making Patch HSS 100 superior to surface coatings that only act as a thin protective layer.
Applications
Patch HSS 100 is formulated for use in a wide range of concrete surfaces, including:
- Industrial Floors: Factories, warehouses, and workshops
- Transportation Infrastructure: Roads, pavements, and compacted traffic areas
- Garages and Parking Lots: Provides durable, non-dusting surfaces
- Marine Structures: Docks, jetties, and wharfs exposed to water and salt
- Public and Commercial Buildings: Shopping centers, airports, and public floors
It is equally effective for newly poured concrete and older, worn surfaces, offering versatile solutions for ongoing maintenance and protection projects.
Key Advantages
- Permanent Treatment: Provides long-lasting concrete protection without frequent reapplication
- Easy Application: Single-component product, ready to use, without complex mixing
- Cost-Effective: Reduces long-term maintenance costs by preventing water, salt, and chemical ingress
- Surface Improvement: Creates a hard, non-dusting surface that resists abrasion and erosion
- Chemical Resistance: Protects against chlorides, sulfates, and environmental chemicals
- Universal Use: Works on new or old floors, and for light or heavy-duty surfaces
Surface Preparation Guidelines
New Concrete
Wire brushing is recommended to remove curing compounds and open capillaries for better absorption.
Old Concrete
- Remove all oil, grease, and surface contaminants with a degreasing solution.
- Brush the surface thoroughly with a hard broom or wire brush.
- Vacuum or sweep away dust and loose particles.
- Ensure the surface is dry before application if water or wetting has occurred.
Dense Floors
Hard, power-floated surfaces may have low porosity, limiting absorption. Test absorption using diluted Patch HSS 100 on a small area before full-scale application.

Application Method
- Ensure concrete is fully cured before treatment.
- Stir Patch HSS 100 thoroughly before use.
- Apply evenly by pouring or using a plastic watering can.
- Sweep the liquid backward and forward to ensure complete penetration.
- Apply a second coat after 24 hours for optimal results.
- After the final coat, rinse the floor with clean water after one day.
- Floors can be used and walked on during the treatment period.
Note: For dense or heavily compacted floors, perform an absorption test with diluted product on a small area to ensure proper penetration before full-scale application.
Curing & Maintenance
- Curing: No additional curing is required. The crystallization process naturally strengthens the concrete.
- Cleaning: Use water to clean tools and equipment immediately after application. Cured material can only be removed mechanically.
Storage & Shelf Life
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and rainfall.
- Shelf life: 12 months in unopened original packaging.
- Packaging: Available in 30 Kg and 230 Kg drums for industrial and export needs.
Safety Precautions
- Non-toxic, but may cause skin or eye irritation.
- Use personal protective equipment such as gloves and goggles.
- In case of contact with eyes or mucous membranes, wash thoroughly with water and seek medical attention if needed.
Export Advantages
Patch HSS 100 is an ideal product for international markets due to:
- Affordability: Competitive pricing for bulk industrial orders.
- Versatility: Suitable for a wide range of applications on concrete surfaces worldwide.
- Durability: Permanent surface treatment reduces maintenance and increases lifespan.
